When you make a reservation with us, we do require a deposit, or a credit card number which we hold as security against the booking. You can advise us of that by emailing from our secure website, or by telephone. Deposits can also be made by cheque or direct credit. You will be advised on the detail at the time of booking.
Should you cancel within 1 week of the scheduled reservation date during this period, you will incur a 50% penalty payment. Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled booking date will incur a 100% charge.
Should you cancel within 2 weeks of the scheduled reservation date during this period, you will incur a 50% penalty payment. Cancellation within 1 week will incur a 100% charge. The reason for this is that we are a charitable trust, and we rely heavily on revenue generated during this period. We know through experience that at that late stage, it is very difficult to
re-sell the rooms.
If you cancel your booking and we do manage to sell the room however, you will be refunded the full amount. Thank you for your understanding on this issue.
Payment can be made by direct credit, credit card, cash, bank card or cheque. We have a mobile EFTPOS/Credit card machine on site for your convenience.
