Mistletoe Bay was our dream wedding location. We wanted a venue where all our friends and family could stay with us on site and celebrate the beginning of our marriage. The whole weekend was an utterly wonderful experience from arriving by boat, to decorating the function center with our guests, to our incredible ceremony on the waterfront. There are so many options for photos, everywhere was just so special, our photographer was in heaven. The managers Alex and Kevin, did everything right, they made the run up to the wedding stress free and answered all of the numerous questions we threw at them and saved the day with their spare decorations they had stashed "just in case". We had such a fabulous time and made many great memories in Mistletoe Bay. We couldn't recommend it more as a wedding venue, especially if you are looking for that relaxed, laid back Kiwi wedding. “Stayed here whilst walking the Queen Charlotte Track and was definitely worth the stop! It's a lovely secluded, average sized campsite right next to the sea, facilities were clean and it was great to have a camper's kitchen for communal space. The shop sold meals, snacks and coffee which was great when you have been doing lots of walking and carrying minimal food! We hired a kayak and went for a paddle around the bay which was great - saw a stingray. There are some lovely spots just to sit and chill, and staff very helpful. Would highly recommend this place - i would like to have stayed for 2 or 3 nights.”

“A unique wedding venue that was truly stunning. In October we used Jo House, all 8 Whares, the huge kitchen and conference room. Alex and Kevin ensured everything was ready with immaculate grounds, smiles, coffee, bedding etc. We were thrilled that our friends and families had such a wonderful inclusive time and they are as keen to return to Mistletoe Bay as we are. Thank you for hosting us for such a memorable weekend.”
