Mistletoe Bay Eco Village is located within a pristine setting in the breath-taking Marlborough Sounds. We showcase New Zealand's finest qualities: native bush, endemic fauna, clear water, solitude, recreation and peace.

Our facility is unique in New Zealand. It is much more than a place to stay; it is an experience. Sustainability and conservation practices at Mistletoe Bay Eco Village include energy conservation, with all our accommodation double-glazed and heavily insulated, fitted with heat pumps and solar-powered water heating. Water conservation is paramount. "Recycled water" from our high-tech wastewater plant is used to flush all toilets and rainwater is collected from all buildings. All waste is processed carefully or recycled.

Everything at Mistletoe Bay Eco Village is thoughtfully and deliberately placed to encourage positive, reduced-impact interaction with nature, showing Kiwis and
international visitors alike that New Zealand is at the cutting edge of environmental awareness. PLEASE NOTE: Mistletoe Bay Eco Village is situated within Department of Conservation reserve land; therefore dogs and pets of any sort are not permitted.
